Gabe has come such a long way in letting me cut his hair.
I usually have to bribe him with candy, but this time, I said I would give him a surprise when we finished. He totally didn't get this concept. He kept asking what it was. I said it's a surprise. "But what is the surprise?" Round and round we went the whole time. It was a nice distraction while I did the hair close to his neck. It really tickles him, so he cringes, which is counter-productive.
He loves doing the clean up himself.
"What's the prize, Mommy?"
